Refund Policy
Essiac-herbal makes every attempt to provide a quality product that arrives in usable condition. The following policies apply:
Damaged product - Essiac-herbal will refund 100% of the product cost for any item that arrives damaged due to handling by us or our shipping carriers. To receive a refund for damaged product, please notify us within 7 days via e-mail at customerservice@essiac-herbal.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization number. Then simply return the product, in its original packaging, (C.O.D.) to the following address. Be sure to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a credit on your payment.

Cancelled orders - Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded 100%. Any orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a fee not to exceed the shipping cost, plus a 15% handling/restocking fee.
Opened Packages - Individual units which are opened or have been tampered with cannot be refunded.
International Orders - Essiac-herbal is not responsible for any orders seized by Customs or other government organizations. We will not knowingly ship to any country that requires import licenses for which we do not possess an import license. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties to receive our products into the destination country. International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as US domestic orders relating to shipping charges and restocking fees.
All product must be returned for refund within 30 days.
